**WARNING, PROUD MOTHER ABOUT TO START BRAGGING!**
Our 10 yr old son competed in the National Merit Scholar Piano Program last weekend AND HE DID AWESOME!! He got 80/80 on his written exam (music theory) and did SO good in his performance and sight reading etc. that he's been asked to preform this weekend at a special Honors Recital (which according to his teacher no one in his age/skill division has been asked to do for a couple of years!)!!
We are SO excited and proud of him!! Especially since he's really done this all on his own-- we haven't been much help at all lately! He's only taken piano for 2 years!
