We've all been sick-- hence no posts lately. Last night Dad took S to the ER around midnight-- he could hardly breath, had coughed up a little blood, and had a stubborn fever hovering around 102. Turns out an almost 10 yr old can still get the Croup. He's feeling lots better today. Tabi is the only one who still has a head cold, I was up with her till 3AM then Steven slept with her in the recliner the rest of the night. She can't seem to sleep lying down and we figure its her head cold. Obviously our fingers are crossed that she doesn't get croup. H & E are on antibiotics for sinusitis--and T remains the only healthy one of the bunch.
Needless to say we won't be cutting down our own tree this weekend like we'd planned, grr! Still, the turkey's defrosting, we'll make a ton of pie tomorrow, & have a long (hopefully restful & drama free) weekend together!
