Float the river! & look ma, no hands!!!

Well, we've lived in this area for over 9 years and we FINALLY got around to one of the local's favorite pastimes-- floating the river! Pretty sad, I know!

We had been told to plan on 3 hours... we took 5 (big thank you to Tabi's sitter)!! We had a WONDERFUL TIME and the kids wanted to do it again immediately!!!

The older 2 were in their own boat-- which only sorta worked. Dad's funny expression is due to the fact that he just swiped 2 Oreo cookies! And the "relaxing at the park" picture is while we waited over one hour for dad to get back with the van!! Forget gas prices, we're taking 2 cars next time!!!

P.S. Tabi is standing better and longer but obviously not w/o help... still, mom's finger is only to keep her from falling to the side. She can stand for several minutes now!!!
