Assylum for Haitian Orphans!

Because of the earthquake all adoption proceedings have come to a halt. As the paperwork for many files is now damaged or lost there is the threat that many families will have to start their adoptions all over again. Some have been waiting as long as 4 years for their file to make it throught the Haitian adoption nightmare. These people have already undergone vigorus investigation by their home country. They are cleared to adopt before their files ever reach Haiti. PLEASE appeal to your senators and congressmen to grant assylum, to allow all children in the process of being adopted to come home NOW!
Take 5 minutes of your time, contact our governement
whitehouse.gov, it could save lives, and will save years of heartache for hundreds of children and their waiting families!

The below address has a forum to ask that this disaster give momentum to getting Haitian orphans to their homes quickly.

Update... we now have some satellight images of the orphanages... Fontamara's roof is intact. I couldn't find the building in Petionville but a 3rd party says it was evaquated. No news yet on Leogane or the new building in Croix-des-Bouquet... though rummor has it the kids from Petionville are staying there. Unfortunatly that location has no generator and no well... funds are still needed to get those.

Thanks for keeping Haiti in your hearts!
